‘Next Level Propaganda’ turns the neo-Renaissance façade of Berlin’s city hall into a stage for the language of persuasion — slogans, symbols and the city itself, remixed at the scale of the building.

Shown during the Festival of Lights Berlin 2020, the pandemic edition of the festival, when the Rotes Rathaus carried the festival’s message of a city standing together.
